The Space:

• Sleeping Arrangements: Two cozy bedrooms featuring two double beds and one bunk bed – ideal for adults and children alike.
• Living & Dining: A spacious open-plan living area and a fully equipped kitchen for your home-cooked Mediterranean meals.
• Outdoor Living: Large private courtyards for morning coffee or sunset drinks. Don't miss the refreshing outdoor shower – the ultimate summer luxury after a day at the beach!
• Modern Comforts: High-speed Wi-Fi (perfect for remote work), laundry facilities, and easy parking. Experience the authentic side of Samos, away from the crowds, while staying just a short drive from the island's crystal-clear waters.
  

Climate Crisis Resilience Fee: Please note that a mandatory state fee of 15€ per night (from March to October) is applicable by Greek law. This is paid separately from the booking price and is collected in cash upon arrival.

Getting Around: Directions & Parking

• Car Requirement: To fully enjoy the beauty of Samos and reach our retreat, hiring a car is essential. The island has so much to offer, and having your own vehicle will give you the freedom to explore at your own pace. Parking: We provide free parking space directly at the property.
• Important Navigation Note: Please be aware that Google Maps can sometimes show an incorrect route, ending two blocks further up. How to find us: For your convenience, please use this [Link to Google Maps Pin] as your destination for the exact turn-off point. Once you reach this spot, turn into the small lane heading uphill. Follow this road to the very end, and you will arrive exactly at our doorstep. To guide you further, you will find our "Villa BuenaVista" signs at the turn!
• The Road to the House: The road leading to Villa BuenaVista is safe and accessible for all types of cars. Most of the way is a paved cement road. There is only a very short section (about 30 meters) of flat, smooth dirt road. It is very easy to drive any car, and the cement road resumes immediately after, leading right to our front door.

• The Setting: Located in a quiet spot within the lush mountains of Platanos, the house offers complete serenity.
• Privacy: Our closest neighbor is about 300 meters away, so you can enjoy total seclusion.
• Freedom: Because of our isolated location, there are no "quiet hours" to worry about.

You can relax on the terrace, listen to your music, or talk late into the night under the stars without any interruptions. It’s just you, the nature of Samos, and the amazing view.
